Advent Retreat
December 7, 2019 from 9:30 – noon at Urban Spirituality Center, 1314 NW Irving Street, #512, Portland, OR. $30. Lenten Retreat March 7, 2020 from 9:30 - noon at St. Clare Parish. Theme: "Healing & Forgiveness". March 14, 2020 from 9:30 am - noon at the Urban Spirituality Center. Theme: "Healing & "Forgiveness" Cost: $30. Spiritual Directors Retreat Date to be announced. Held at Loyola Jesuit Center, 3215 SE 43rd Avenue, Portland, OR, 97206. The retreat is sponsored jointly by the Urban Spirituality Center and Spiritual Directors International. Cost: $70 which includes lunch and supplies. Menucha Fall Retreat October 2,3,4,2020 at Menucha Retreat and Conference Center, Corbett, OR. Urban Spirituality Center 7-day Silent Retreat The 2020 Silent Retreat will be held May 26--June1, 2020 at the Trappist Monastery. The cost is $675 for the week which includes daily spiritual direction, private room, linens, all meals and supplies. All meals are vegetarian. Daily spiritual direction. Contact Fr. The Urban Spirituality Center conducts one-day and multi-day spiritual retreats several times a year in and around the greater Portland, OR area.

In the past, these retreats have included: Advent Retreat Lenten Retreat Spiritual Directors Retreat Menucha Fall Retreat Urban Spirituality Center 7-day Silent Retreat Namaste 7-day Silent Retreat New! Online Retreats We are now offering directed retreats online, as well. Participants connect with a spiritual director and establish a 7-part plan for the retreat. You can spend as much time as you wish with each part. As you complete each one, you email your work to your spiritual director, who then responds by email with feedback. At the end of the retreat, you will reconnect with your spiritual director to discuss your experience.
